This beautiful 2400 square foot house is located on a one acre lot on the bank of the Guadalupe River. Each window provides picturesque views of the water. There is a large elevated deck and a 1000 square foot covered patio. The decks have outdoor couches and chairs for lounging. There is never a dull moment with the 2400 square foot recreation room that includes pub tables, shuffle board , basket ball toss, trampoline and many more games. Bring marshmallows to roast on a large outdoor fire pit. Kitchen includes granite counter tops, wooden floors, full kitchen (ref stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, etc.), washer, dryer and grill are all at this property. Linens, towels and washcloths are provided. Living room and master bedroom have T.V.'s.

We are located 30 min. from Greune; 25 min. from New Braunfels and Canyon Lake; 35 min. from San Antonio, San Marcos, Wimberley and 1 hr. from Austin.
Pets will be considered to accompany you on your stay. Plenty of containers for our smoking friends to stash their Butts are downstairs as no smoking is allowed upstairs (including decks, porches and inside the house.)
